     中国农科院生物技术研究所研究员黄荣峰带领的科研团队,日前揭示了植物激素乙烯与环境信号光如何相互作用,共同调控植物下胚轴生长的分子机制,由此揭秘了植物初期发育生长的奥秘。

    实验证明,乙烯促进的下胚轴伸长生长,依赖于光信号的正向调节因子HY5。乙烯通过影响光信号因子E3,连接酶COP1的核质分布,从而逆转光对于植物下胚轴生长的抑制作用。由此,科研人员揭示了植物整合光信号和乙烯信号的途径,进而揭示了调控植物初期生长发育的分子机制,为科学界认识植物外界环境和内源激素相互作用的机制,提供了一种新的调控模型。
Experiments show that ethylene promotes the hypocotyl elongation growth, rely on light signal HY5 positive adjustment factors. , ethylene by influencing the optical signal factor E3 ligase COP1 nuclear mass distribution, and reverse light for plant growth and hypocotyl inhibitory effect. Thus, researchers revealed the way of integrated optical signals and ethylene plant, and then reveals the regulation of plant growth and development in the early years of the molecular mechanisms, for the scientific understanding of plant endogenous hormones and the external environment interaction mechanism, and provides a new control model.
